"A history of excellence in client advocacy."

Christianne is an experienced litigator who fiercely and successfully advocates for her clients. After several years of practicing commercial litigation, Christianne shifted her focus to the personal injury field to represent individuals who need representation. The knowledge, insight, and unique perspective gained from her experience in commercial litigation allows her to aggressively litigate and achieve favorable settlements and verdicts for her clients.

After graduating from law school, Christianne prosecuted white-collar criminal law cases as a member of the specialized crime division for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. She then turned her attention to helping companies understand and adhere to the complex business laws that exist, particularly in franchise law and intellectual property law.

As the managing attorney of trademark and copyright services for Mullin Law, PC., Christianne zealously represented her clients’ interests throughout the United States; her commercial practice centered on trademark and copyright protection and enforcement, franchises and distribution, contract disputes, trade secrets and non-competition enforcement, mediation, arbitration, and business tort matters.

Christianne earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas Austin and her law degree from Texas A&M School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as a senior member of the Texas A&M Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society.
